Privacy policy

This is a translation. If the two versions differ, the German version prevails.
In short: This website sets no cookies, uses no tracking and no analytics, and loads nothing from third-party servers. Opening it only produces technically necessary server logs, with an anonymised IP address, deleted after 7 days. The apps have their own privacy policies on their app pages.

2. Hosting and server logs
This website and the email mailbox are hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, owner René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with ALL-INKL.COM. Details: ALL-INKL.COM privacy information (German).
When you open this website, the server processes your IP address as technically required to deliver the page. In the access logs (server log files) it is stored only fully anonymised – together with date and time, page requested, amount of data transferred, browser and operating system, and the referring page. The logs serve secure operation and are deleted after 7 days. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
The website is served encrypted (HTTPS) only. It uses no cookies and no analytics, and loads nothing from third-party servers – fonts and images are served from this server too.
3. Contact by email or phone
If you write to kontakt@dithikai.de or call the phone number given in the legal notice, your email address or phone number, your name (if given) and the content of your request are processed to answer it. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your request concerns a contract or a purchased app, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering requests).
The emails are kept in the provider’s mailbox at ALL-INKL.COM (see section 2). They, and any notes on calls, are deleted once your request has been dealt with, after 12 months at the latest, unless statutory retention obligations apply (see section 6).
Please note: emails may be transmitted unencrypted. Complete protection against access by third parties is not possible.
4. Links to other websites
Links to other websites (e.g. app stores and app pages) are plain links. Only when you click one do you leave this website; nothing is transmitted to the other website before that. The privacy terms of the respective provider then apply, for the App Store for example Apple’s privacy policy. The app pages under *.dithikai.de (e.g. musicpairs.dithikai.de) have their own privacy policies, which also cover the respective app.
5. Sharing with third parties
No data is sold or shared. The only recipient is ALL-INKL.COM as processor (see section 2).
6. Storage period
Unless a more specific period is stated in this policy, personal data is deleted as soon as the purpose of its processing ceases. Where statutory retention obligations apply (e.g. tax or commercial law periods), the data is kept restricted until they expire and deleted afterwards; the legal basis for this is Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.
7. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18) and data portability (Art. 20). To exercise them, email kontakt@dithikai.de.
Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR): Where processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (server log files, answering requests), you may object to it at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation. The data will then no longer be processed unless there are compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. An informal objection by email to kontakt@dithikai.de is sufficient.
You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the EU member state where you live or work, or where the alleged infringement took place.
No automated decision-making, including profiling (Art. 22 GDPR), takes place.
8. Changes
If the website changes in a way that involves processing other data, this policy will be updated. The version published here applies.
